PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope and an observation probe, capable of observing the surface of a subject on a cell level and observing the subject in the direction of depth in a short period of time, and an endoscope observation apparatus with the same. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic endoscope comprises an observation means disposed on the distal end side of an endoscope insertion part 12 to be inserted into the body cavity for observing the outside through a low magnification side optical system, a high magnification observation means 22 for observing the outside through a high magnification side optical system 31 with higher magnification than the observation means, and an ultrasonic vibrator 21 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves.
