PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe driving monitoring system for allowing a driver to intend safe driving daily by recording a driving manner on a video camera. SOLUTION: A power supply is obtained by using a DC/AC inverter from a car battery or a car cigarette socket. A video camera device is connected to the AC power supply. The video camera is fixed near a car windshield or a car rear window so as to perform video recording of the safe driving of the driver. Thus, suffering in silence is eliminated even if a malicious offender makes a false statement in the event of involving the driver in the victim of a traffic accident. The cause of the accident is made clear to serve for making a plan for preventing recurrence of the accident.
