PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop further progress of a wrinkle generated in a skin such as a face and to prevent generation of a new wrinkle. SOLUTION: The wrinkle stretcher and prophylaxis implement is constituted by forming folding pieces through a thin wall thickness portion at both end portions of a strip shape leaf spring and forming sticky layers protected by a release paper at one side of the folding pieces.
