The invention relates to a method for the production of a medicinal tincture and a medicinal tincture for external and internal use used to fight against slow healing inflammations and/or chronic inflammations. The aim of the invention is to produce an effective medicament which accelerates the healing process of external and internal inflammations and wounds. Said medicament must have an antibacterial effect and should have a skin-forming effect and help with circulation. It should be economical to produce, easy to store and simple to use. According to the invention, ripe spores of the fruit body of Langermannia gigantea are mixed with diluted ethanol and are extracted in a darkened manner at temperatures of between 20 - 25 DEG C after three to six weeks. Subsequently, the liquid is decanted. |
