<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which contains thin dielectric layers, and has a small size and a large capacitance, and in which IR defects are reduced; and to also provide a method of manufacturing the capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic capacitor constituted by alternately laminating dielectric layers containing a (Ba, Ca)<SB>A</SB>(Ti, Zr)<SB>B</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-based material as a main ingredient and internal electrode layers upon another, the dielectric particles between facing internal electrode layers are adjusted to become A/B≥1 and/or A/B<1 and, in addition, to contain YO<SB>3/2</SB>at a rate of 0.2-1.2 atomic% in the main ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
