<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for efficiently collecting waste spring mattresses that lighten the burden on a discharger such as a consumer who desires to disposes of a waste spring mattress. <P>SOLUTION: Retrieval from a position database is performed based upon at least one item of application information from the discharger to acquire a position code. The store which is closest to the discharger is searched for from a group of stores registered in a store database by collating the position code with the store database, and selected as a collecting store which collects the waste spring mattress from the discharger. The collecting store is made to collect the waste spring mattress from the discharger and then the burden on the discharger is lightened. Further, the waste spring mattress is transported by using a return way of delivery vehicle which has shipped brand-new spring mattresses from a production factory to the collecting store. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
