PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine equipped with a ball delivery device to deliver game balls from a prize ball tank to a pachinko ball delivery passage by the guide of a rotation body, which pachinko machine is enabled to variously construct a relationship between rotation of a drive means and rotation of a ball guide rotation body. SOLUTION: A ball delivery passage 183 is set on the lower end of a feed passage 150 for pachinko balls supplied from a ball tank. A single ball guide rotation body 181 to flow out pachinko balls supplied from the feed passage 150 is set between the feed passage 150 and the ball delivery passage 183. The single ball guide rotation body 181 is made rotatable by connections with first and second drive means. A rotation transmission regulation means 185a to transmit drive force of the first drive means to the ball guide rotation body 181 only when the turning direction of the first drive means 181 is a direction of one direction turning and a rotation transmission regulation means 185b to transmit drive force of the second drive means to the ball guide rotation body 181 only when the turning direction of the second drive mans 181 is a direction opposite to the one direction rotation of the first drive means 181 are set in the ball guide rotation body 181.
