PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine enclosure structure for construction machinery, and the construction machinery in which temperature rise in an engine room can be suppressed, and the noise is reduced. SOLUTION: The engine enclosure 13 covers an engine 4 mounted on a construction machinery while leaving an exhaust part 11 behind. Outside air introducing members 14 and 15 extending very close to a cooling fan 7 from a wall part 10 are disposed on the wall part 10 of the engine enclosure 13 adjacent to an installation part of the cooling fan 7 to be driven by a hydraulic motor 6 to cool a cooling unit 8 for the engine 4.
