<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that necessary light volume can not be secured due to size restriction for expansion of LEDs for compensating shortage of the light volume in substituting a light source of a lighting tool with LEDs. <P>SOLUTION: An LED 1 for a module is structured of an LED chip 2, a base part 3, and a lens part 4, of which, the lens part has a focal point for forming a virtual light source image for the LED chip at a position behind the base part by a given distance, so that, by mounting a plurality of LEDs 1 for modules on the lighting tool with the virtual light source images overlapped to make them into a light source module 10 functioning as one light source, arrangement of LEDs in high density is made possible for their expansion to the necessary number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
