<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct lithography by a method wherein an image is checked in a stage wherein a lithographic original plate is heated in the shape of the image, and the plate is mounted directly on a printing machine without conducting development. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic original plate used herein has an image forming layer on a support. The layer contains a coloring matter and a color extinguishing agent which extinguishes the color of the coloring matter, causing a cyclizing addition reaction therewith, and it is possible to verify and check the image formed in the image forming layer by the extinction of the coloring matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
