PURPOSE:To attain transmission of an address, the data and a request signal in a single cycle by providing a register which holds the write data and a write request signal to a memory device that requires a selecting cycle for memory position and a writing control cycle. CONSTITUTION:A memory device 1 starts a selecting action for memory position by an address set to an address register 2. The data and a write request signal are set to a data register 20 and a latch 21 respectively and then inputted to the device 1 in the next cycle. The device 1 performs the data writing operation by those data and write request signal. An external device completes the data writing control in a single control cycle.
