发明名称 MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT OF LAMINATED CERAMIC COMPONENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment of a laminated ceramic component capable of high-density surface mounting of high lamination precision corresponding to a free standing ceramic green sheet (S tape) such as thin UHMWPE, and high productivity and space-saving; and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On a lamination of the S tape, an S tape supply mechanism, an S tape lamination mechanism and a lamination table are installed. The S tape supply mechanism performs cutting from the tip of the S tape of predetermined width which is conveyed continuously and does not have a conductor pattern into predetermined length in order, and stacks and passes the cut S tapes to the lamination portion. The S tape lamination mechanism performs heat crimping of the cut S tapes, and stacks them on the lamination. The lamination table stacks the cut S tapes and carries them to a transfer wherein the conductor pattern is transferred to the S tape. On the transfer portion, a transfer film supply mechanism continuously supplies a transfer film of predetermined width wherein the conductor pattern is printed on a lower surface of a carrier film, and a transfer mechanism transfers the conductor pattern from the transfer film onto a surface of the cut S tape on the lamination table which moved to the transfer portion.
