摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection control device which can arbitrarily adjust a grout concentration and inject the concentration-adjusted grout into the ground by paying an attention to the fact that characteristics of the natural ground are recognizeable by grasping changing conditions of pressure and a flow rate of grout injection as processing quantities of the same. SOLUTION: The grout injection control device is formed of: an injecting means for controlling the ratio of a grout stock solution and a diluent, and injecting the grout in a concentration corresponding to the natural ground, into the natural ground; an information acquiring means for analyzing the injection pressure, injection flow rate, and concentration of the injected grout, and acquiring information on the characteristics of the natural ground; and a control means for controlling the injection of the grout, based on the acquired information on the characteristics of the natural ground. A grout stock solution pressure pump and a diluent pressure pump of the injecting means are formed of motor pumps each having a predetermined correlationship between an operational speed and a discharge amount, and the pumps are connected to speed controllers for controlling operational speeds, respectively. The adjustment of the grout concentration is carried out by adjusting an operational speed ratio between the pumps as needed, and by mixing both the solutions to each other.
