PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a toilet seat that a paper sheet set for sanitarily protecting the hip skin in public use of a toilet with a seat is unstably fixed and dropped off or sitting directly on the toilet seat without dedicated paper sheet is unsanitary. SOLUTION: This stopper is set on the backside lower part of a toilet seat to clamp and fix the end part of a paper sheet. Thus the paper sheet is stably fixed for comfortable seating. When no dedicated paper sheet is provided, end parts of two sheets of toilet paper matching the length of the toilet seat are respectively cramped for alternative use to enable stable seating and to sanitarily protect the hip skin.
