Reinforced post and associated guardrail

The rail has horizontal hand slides (21, 22) and a post (33), which includes two steel sections (331, 332) including C-shaped sections forming openings. The steel sections are embedded into ground by their lower end and the openings are arranged against each other. A fixing unit (4) of the horizontal hand slides is integrated with an upper end and a lower end of the steel sections. An independent claim is also included for an assembling process of a road guard rail.
