FIELD: tobacco industry, in particular, manufacture of non-smoking products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing tobacco and extracting with non-polar extractant in above-critical state and with water; separating extracts; concentrating aqueous extract and directing for mixing with above-critical extract of tobacco and with filler, such as ash, lime, vegetable oil, extract produced after extracting of Mortierella gemmifera micromycet biomass with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, solid residue produced after subsequent extracting of said biomass with water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, and pectin. Mixture is prepared with predetermined ratio of components. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of nicotine and aromatizing substances, balanced composition of base product and improved organoleptical properties of traditional oil-based by-product. ^ 1 ex |
