FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: fastening unit comprises members to be connected, load-carrying members, and mechanism for preliminary tension. The members are provided with the fastening plates. The fastening plates are provided with at least two openings with counterbore from the side opposite to the second member to be connected and connected to the sides of the fastening plates through the grooves whose width is equal to the small diameter of the openings. The openings receive load-bearing members. The sides of the fastening plates which are face each other are provided with chamferings. The space between the chamferings receives the mechanism for preliminary tension made of wedges of equilateral trapezium in cross-section.
