FIELD: electrical mechanical executive devices of controlling of angular position of cosmic flying apparatus fulfilled on the basis of paired gyroscopes. ^ SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has two-degree -of- freedom gyroscopes with mechanical synchronization of suspensions and electrical drives along these axes. At that on every mechanism of synchronization measurers of moments are installed.
