The system consists of a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip inside a pouch with quick-opening lines (4) at top and bottom. The pouch contains an indelible and fluorescent ink and is attached to self-adhesive panels (6, 7) that prevent the chip from being moved without the ink being released and providing rapid identification that can be seen by the naked eye or under ultraviolet (UV) light.
