Piperazinyl susbtituted piperidinyl compounds as antagonists of tachykinins

Compounds of formula (I), wherein: R is halogen or alkyl, R1 is alkyl, R2 is H or alkyl, R3 is H or alkyl, R4 is trifluoromethyl, R5 is H, alkyl or C(O)R6, R6 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, NH-alkyl, or N-(alkyl)2, and n is from 1 to 3. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of conditions mediated by tachykinins.
