PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device having a wound heater built in a fuel injection valve and atomizing fuel by heating. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a valve body 29 forming a fuel passage and including a valve seat 29 on a downstream side of the fuel passage, a nozzle needle 26 reciprocatingly movably stored in the fuel passage and capable of being seated on the valve seat 29a, and the wound heater 51 provided in the fuel passage or on an upstream side of the fuel passage and wound around an outer circumference of the nozzle needle 26.
