PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the replacement in damaging, by preventing a suspension wheel from derailing from a rail, in a state of maintaining sealability of a door in response to a recess-projection and an inclination of a floor surface. SOLUTION: This sliding door in a refrigerator, has the rail 3 horizontally arranged in an upper part of a doorway opening part 2 of the refrigerator, and the suspension wheel 7 vertically movably installed via a door suspender 6 in an upper part of a door body 5 for opening and closing the doorway opening part 2, and engaging with the rail 3 so as to be capable of traveling. The upper end of the door body 5 is attached with a derailment preventive member 9 for preventing derailment of the suspension wheel 7 by contacting with a lower part of the rail 3. This derailment preventive member 9 is formed so as to be attachable and detachable to the door body 5, and to be capable of adjusting the height to the upper end of the door body 5.
