PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise caused by metal contact between the slats of shutter curtains in opening/closing the shutter device from generating and also prevent the slats from being damaged. SOLUTION: In the shutter device in which the shutter curtain 1 is wound up and back to open/close the opening, at least at both ends of the slat 4 constituting the shutter curtain, end members are provided, and the end member is provided with a cushion part 13 of an elastic material. Slats are constituted so that the lower layer slats and the upper layer slats are brought into contact with each other when the shutter curtain is wound up. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
