PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating which dispenses with preparation of grating fixing members and a fear of loss of the same when fixed to a ditch block, facilitates production thereof, and is easily mountable and removable, and to provide the ditch block and a bearing frame. SOLUTION: The ditch cover 30 has fixing devices 40 which are each to be fixed into a fixing hole formed in a ditch cover bearing portion of the ditch block. Each fixing device has a fixing base 41 which is located on the ditch cover corresponding to a bearing portion 20, and energized upward in a vertically movable manner. Further the fixing device has an engaging portion at an upper end of the fixing base 41, and a securing member 45 at a lower end of the same. The engaging portion is engageable with a predetermined tool for vertically moving or rotating the fixing base. The securing portion is penetrated through the fixing hole formed in the ditch block to be secured in the same, in a manner vertically movable and rotatable together with the fixing base 41.
