PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a closed state by an opening/closing plate 4. SOLUTION: The opening/closing plate 4 provided on a container main body 3 through a hinge member 5 is turned between a closing position at which it closes an opening part 7a formed on the container main body 3 and an opening position at which it is lowered. A first energizing means 21 for energizing the opening/closing plate from the opening position to the closing position is provided. The hinge member 5 is constituted of a first bearing part 10 fixed to the container main body 3, a rotatable driving shaft part 11 supported freely rotatably by the first bearing part 10, and a second bearing part 12 freely rotatably supported by the driving shaft part 11. The second bearing part 12 is provided with a supporting part 18 for supporting the opening/closing plate 4 turnably around the shaft part 4b and freely movably supporting the shaft part 4b and a second energizing means 20 for energizing the opening/closing plate 4 positioned at the closing position to the container main body 3.
