<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a photographer who is not capable enough to accurately select a photometric mode to obtain a photograph exposed desirably. <P>SOLUTION: The camera is equipped with a photometric device to perform the photometry of field and output photometric data, a photometric mode setting device to select and set any of a plurality of photometric modes, an exposure value arithmetic calculation device to arithmetically calculate an exposure value by an arithmetic calculation method in accordance with the set photometric mode based on the photometric data, a photographing device to perform photographing according to an arithmetically calculated exposure value, and a controller to control the photometric mode setting device, the exposure value arithmetic calculation device and the photographing device so as to perform photographing for a plurality of frames while automatically changing the photometric mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
