PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder treating apparatus which enables continuous powder treatment of a matter to be treated to be performed. SOLUTION: This powder treating apparatus 1 is provided with a treating vessel 2 which accommodates the matter to be treated and a treating medium therein and rotates, a guide vane 3 which is arranged along an inside wall of the treating vessel 2 and both ends of which are supported thereby, a feed port 4 which is located on a rotary shaft center of the treating vessel 2 and is provided at one wall surface in a rotary shaft line direction of the treating vessel 2, a discharging port 5 which is located on the rotary shaft center of the treating vessel 2 and is provided at another wall surface in the rotary shaft line direction of the treating vessel 2, a supplying feeder 6 which is provided on the rotary shaft center of the treating vessel 2 successively to the feed port 4, a discharging feeder 7 which is provided on the rotary shaft center of the treating vessel 2 successively to the discharging port 5, a treated matter receptacle 8 which is provided at the discharging feeder 7 so as to project on the rotary shaft center in the treating vessel 2 and a guide plate 9 which guides the treated matter from an operating surface of the guide vane 3 to the treated matter receptacle 8.
