CAPACITY SCHEDULING METHOD AND SYSTEM

In each of mobile stations, a flow capacity control device (FCC) is provided to calculate the uplink capacity of each data flow in accordance with QoS. A capacity request control device (CRC) changes, with the priority of data flow taken into account, and transmits the capacity request to a base station. A capacity scheduler (CS) provided in the base station calculates the permissible capacity in response to the capacity request and transmits a capacity assignment from the base station to the mobile station.
