发明名称 MAGNETIZING ARRANGEMENT OF ROTOR MAGNET
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetizing arrangement capable of improving magnetizing factor at both ends of a permanent magnet even if both ends of the permanent magnet are difficult to be magnetized, for magnetization of 100% with no increase in the capacitance of the magnetizing arrangement. SOLUTION: The arrangement comprises a cylindrical magnetizing yoke 4 which comprises a magnetic pole 3 composed of a plurality of teeth 2 arranged with constant intervals in circumferential direction and an opening slot part 1 formed between the teeth 2, 2, and a magnetizing yoke coil 5 for generating magnetic field which is wound in the slot 1. Rotor magnets, arranged to face each other inside each magnetic pole surface of the magnetizing yoke 4 through a gap, are magnetized by energizing the magnetizing yoke coil 5. The teeth 2 between the slots 1, 1 of the magnetizing yoke 4 are parallel to each other up to near the tip end while cut out to be converging only near the tip end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
