PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system which can reduce the cost of introduction and can discretely display an image to be referenced by a presenter and an image to be referenced by an auditor, an image conversion system, and a projector. SOLUTION: The image conversion system captures the video signal based on the image for reference generated by using an information processing apparatus, such as a personal computer (S1), subjects the image data generated from the captured video signal to filtering processing to convert the previously stored pixels specifically having colors to colors, such as background colors (S2), then to trimming processing to segment the image of a predetermined region (S3), performs resizing processing to expand the image reduced by the segmenting (S4), outputs the image subjected to the resizing processing as a video signal to a display device, such as a projector (S5), and displays the video based on the video signal by the projector.
