PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drain oil in disposal of a fluid coupling of a torque converter or the like. SOLUTION: A drain part 200 of the torque converter 100 is mounted on a vehicle to drain the operating fluid in the torque converter 100 provided between an engine and a transmission mechanism. The drain part 200 comprises a drain hole 210, which is provided in a front cover 102 of the torque converter 100 and provided with a female screw, and a grooved hexagonal bolt 202 having a screw part 226 to be engaged with the female screw of the drain hole 210 and for sealing the drain hole 210 to prevent draining of the operating fluid from the drain hole 210. The grooved hexagonal bolt 220 comprises a bolt head part 224 having a diameter larger than that of the drain hole 210 inside the torque converter 100 and a groove part 222 provided in an end opposite to the head part to loosen engagement of a male screw with the female screw from outside of the torque converter 100 to remove the grooved hexagonal bolt 220 from the drain hole 210.
