PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply the lubricating oil by using an air flow, in an outer ring rotation type bearing device. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil is supplied to a bearing-inside region 21 by using an air flow through a first oil supply passage 31 including an axial passage 31a and a branch passage 31b of a fixed shaft 2 and a second oil supply passage 32 including a key insert passage 33 inside a corresponding oil passage forming member 37 held by a holding hole 36 corresponding to a key 7, a sleeve insert passage 34 and an inner ring insert passage 35 in this order. The lubricating oil is discharged from the bearing-inside region 21 to a first oil discharge passage 52 including a branch passage 51b and an axial passage 51a of the fixed shaft 2 through a second oil discharge passage 53 including an inner ring insert passage 55, a sleeve insert passage 54 and a key insert passage 53 of a corresponding oil passage forming member 37 held by a holding hole 36 corresponding to the key 7in this order.
