PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave sensor which prevents attenuation of microwave when a resin is sealed in a case for ensuring water-proofing of the microwave sensor. SOLUTION: The microwave sensor is provided with an antenna substrate having an antenna radiating microwave, and a case containing the antenna substrate, and is given water-proofing by injecting a seal resin material in the case containing the antenna substrate. The microwave sensor is characterized by being provided with a seal part for preventing invasion of the seal resin material in between the antenna surface of the antenna substrate and the case bottom surface, and a specific air space in between the antenna surface of the antenna substrate and the case bottom surface.
