PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-core groove substrate and a multi-core ferrule base material which are highly accurate, excellent in uniformity of quality, highly mass-productive, and inexpensive. SOLUTION: Using a primary electroformed product as a base pattern obtained by transferring to a master substrate by electrocasting, further obtaining a secondary electroformed product by electroforming, and using the secondary electroformed product, a multi-core groove substrate or a multi-core ferrule base material is manufactured.
