PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed envelope provided with an index, bound up to be a book, and folded into a shape of an envelope. SOLUTION: In an index bookbinding envelope, print such as an index is provided on a sheet from any upper, lower, left, or right end of the sheet, above the position shifted from the index part, printed matters having the same size and processed in the manner similar to above are shifted in the same direction such that paste lines or the like are superposed on the sheet, and folded such that all indexes can be seen, and they are further folded into a shape of an envelope.
