<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe washing method and a pipe washing device by which an inside wall of a pipe to be washed can be sufficiently and efficiently washed. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe washing device 1 is provided with an injection pipe 20 which is used by being inserted into the pipe W to be washed and has an injection port 22 for injecting a blasting material A and a scattering plate 40 which is arranged in front of the injection port 22 and changes a proceeding direction of the blasting material A injected from the injection port 22 toward the inside wall of the pipe W to be washed. By using the pipe washing device 1, the injection pipe 20 is inserted into the pipe W to be washed, the blasting material A is supplied to the injection pipe 20 and is injected from the injection port 22, the proceeding direction of the blasting material A is changed by the scattering plate 40 and then the blasting material A is made to collide with an inside wall surface of the pipe W to be washed.
