CREATION METHOD AND PROGRAM OF OCCURRENCE LIMIT LINE OF SEDIMENT DISASTER, EVACUATION REFERENCE LINE, AND WARNING REFERENCE LINE, CAUTION EVACUATION SUPPORT SYSTEM OF SEDIMENT DISASTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective, highly repetitive and versatile creation method etc. of an occurrence limit line, an evacuation reference line and a warning reference line of sediment disaster, without requiring huge trial and error by the use of an RBF network. SOLUTION: This method includes: a first process S1 in which standardization of real learning data which consists of data sets of short-term rainfall index, long term rainfall index, and sediment disaster occurrence/non-occurrence is performed by a standardization analysis section; a second process S2 in which a distinction border plane is built by splitting a two dimensional former flat surface of the short-term rainfall index and the long-term rainfall index into unit lattice areas formed by grid lines of desired spacing by a distinction border plane analysis section and by setting a radial base function on an lattice point; and a third process S3 which creates at least either of the occurrence limit line, the evacuation reference line and the warning reference line of sediment disaster by an occurrence information line creation section.
