PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lining which impresses a person with spacious inside of a cabin. SOLUTION: This door lining structure for a right front section door 90 adjacent to an instrument panel 7 of a vehicle has an air conditioned air outlet 35 having a semi-circular shaped as seen from the front surface on the surface of the instrument panel 7 opposite to a driver's seat. When the door 90 is closed, the central line Y of the virtual whole shape of the air conditioned air outlet 35 of the semi-circular shape faces a mirror surface 92a which is provided on the door lining 91 of the door 90.
