The cam elements comprise at least two raising cams (31, 33; 47, 49) adjustable with a movement essentially orthogonal to the direction in which said needles slide, and at least one counter-cam (29; 41), adjustable according to an adjusting movement essentially parallel to the direction in which said needles slide. |
