A three-dimensional analytical device comprising a first light source (11) which generates first light, a second light source (12) which generates second light different in wavelength from the first light, an optical system (16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32) which superposes the first and second lights at least partially and spatially for concentrative irradiation onto a sample (35) so as to three-dimensionally restrict the optical active region of the sample (35), a light receiving means (28) for receiving responded light generated in the optical active region, and a calculating means (43) for calculating the correlation function of the responded light in a time region on the basis of the output of the light receiving means (28) to analyze a desired physical quantity of the sample (35).
