<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely lubricate the inside of a differential gear device, to improve the seizure resistance and to reduce the noise. <P>SOLUTION: An internal gear 4 is fitted in a housing 2, and a sun gear 6 is coaxially mounted at an inner side of the internal gear 4. A plurality of planet gears 8 held by a planetary carrier 10 connected with the housing 2 are engaged with the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 6. Sliding parts of members 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 are respectively provided with washers 16, 18, 20, 22, 24. Shafts are respectively connected with a coupling 14 connected with an inner peripheral side of the internal gear 4 and an inner peripheral side of the sun gear 6, and the driving force from an engine input to the housing 2 is output from both shafts. The housing 2 does not have an oil hole for introducing and discharging the lubricant to the external.
