PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a given plant with high accuracy by usingΔΣmodulation algorithm. SOLUTION: The control device for controlling a controlled target modeled by using a model parameter comprises an identification unit for identifying the model parameter; a controller connected to the identification unit and capable of calculating a reference input by using the model parameter so that an output from a controlled target is converged on a target value; and a modulator connected to the controller and capable of calculating a control input to the controlled target by applying one ofΔΣmodulation algorithm,ΣΔmodulation algorithm andΔmodulation algorithm to the reference input. The identification unit identifies the model parameter on the basis of the output of the controlled target and the reference input.
