PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous sheet which can protect people's life with the brightness and time to enable the people to take refuse without confusion in the event of a power failure due to a disaster or accident, a method for manufacturing the same, a construction method for the same, and a method of using the same. SOLUTION: A mixture composed of a ceramic luminous material and retroreflective glass beads is molded by a V-grooved mold into a heat resistant transparent silicon agent. The obtained luminous sheet is cut to a desired size to comply with the purposes of use and the lighting fixtures to be used and is stuck to a portion of high illuminance to store light.
