PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel having excellent aesthetic appearance at night, enabling the easy visibility of switches and operation knobs, and having excellent operability. SOLUTION: In this operation panel 1 having the plurality of switches 2 and operation knobs 3 and the display devices 4 for controlling the air conditioner of the automobile, a transparent plate 5 is stacked on a blank part 1s between the switches 2, operation knobs 3, and display devices 4 on the surface of the operation panel 1. Light from a light source 6 installed near the side end of the transparent plate 5 is led from the side end 50 of the transparent plate 5 to the inside of the plate and diffused in the plate, and a blank S part on the surface of the operation panel 1 is illuminated by the light diffused in the plate to increase the aesthetic appearance at night and increase the visibility of the switches 2 and operation knobs 3.
