PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information automatic input server capable of sharing information on an arbitrary item by an e-mail. SOLUTION: The information automatic input server is disclosed to which a unique e-mail account is allocated, and the information automatic input server has: an e-mail acquisition means for acquiring the e-mail to the allocated e-mail account from an e-mail server and stores it into an a-mail data base; a predetermined item setting acceptance means for accepting setting of an item of information to be extracted from the e-mail; and a predetermined item extraction means for extracting information regarding the item accepted by the predetermined item setting acceptance means from the e-mail stored in the e-mail data base and storing the extracted information into a recording area for each item of the prescribed item storage data base.
