PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up design data so as to restrain the emission of noises caused by the cutoff of a return current without changing the position of a signal line so much when the signal line overlaps with or is located near a non-conductive region in a plane located on the layer other than that of the signal line in a multi-layer circuit board. SOLUTION: The signal line SL is laid running between two non-conductive regions located in the layer other than that of the signal line SL, and arranged so as to make its center line SL0 pass through the middle point x13 of a distance between the two non-conductive regions in an area where the signal line SL is located close to the non-conductive regions.
