PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material that can be processed by a double faced tape and is superior in fall scratch resistance while preventing occurrence of harmful warp by easily performing cutting processing. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the floor material laminating a decorated layer 4 on a base substance 10. The base substance 10 comprises a lower side wood layer 3b, a high specific gravity layer 2 laminated on the lower side wood layer 3b, and an upper side wood layer 3a laminated on the high specific gravity layer 2. The upper side wood layer 3a and the lower side wood layer 3b are 0.7 or more in specific gravity and composed of a wood fiber plate of 0.2 mm thick or less. The high specific gravity layer 2 is composed of a soft synthetic resin-made high specific gravity sheet of 1.5-3.0 in specific gravity.
