PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape for fixing a ceramic panel, which has excellent adhesiveness and holding power, preventing the panel from floating and is suitably applicable to adhesively fix the panel; and to provide a method for adhesively fixing the panel. SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive tape is specified by the followings: the tape comprises 0.05-2 mm thickness adhesive layer composed of an acrylic copolymer obtained by photopolymerization of a polymerizable composition containing a radically polymerizable component mainly constituted of acrylic monomers comprising≥80 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 2-14C non-tertiary alkyl group and≤20 wt.% polar group-containing vinyl monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator; and when the tape is applied to a rear face of the ceramic panel (HYDROCERA by TOTO, LTD), it exhibits 50-150 N/cm<SP>2</SP>tensile shear adhesive strength according to JIS Z 1541,≥40N/25 mm 90 degree peel strength according to JIS Z 1528 and≤5 mm holding power by after 1 hr displacement at 40°C and under 1 kg load according to JIS Z 1541.
