The device has a rod (2) integrated with one end of a clutch cable, a housing (4) for receiving a crown (5) of a control inlet, and a filtering unit (3). A cylindrical mass (1) is supported against the housing by its inner shoulder (1a) engaged between the housing and a mount (6), in a manner to integrate the mass and the filtering unit. The filtering unit is inserted between the mass and the housing. An independent claim is also included for a clutch cable having a fixation device at one of its ends.
