FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes double introducing under plant into occurrence zone of foundation tuber a composition containing electroactivated water (catholyte) obtained from membrane electrolytic bath when redox potential in outlet of cathode cell being equal to minus (450-500) mV, and urea in ratio of 1:0.8.
